Play Part 3 from Canon. Remember, that it needs to repeat at least twice to be an Ostinato. Each of the notes in Part 3 only lasts for 1 beat (therefore it moves at twice the speed of the previous parts). Then...have a go at playing Part 4. Remember that it needs to repeat at least twice to be an Ostinato. This part uses a combination of 1 beat notes (crotchets) and 2 beat notes (minims)
Stretch yourself in the Pink task... In pairs, put these parts over the top of the Bass/Part 1/Part 2. Person sat on the left needs to play the Bass, and Part 1&2. Person sat on the right needs to play Part 3/4. You can play these parts over the Bass/Part 1/Part 2 video below until your partner is ready to team up! |
